Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat while you cut the tempeh into squares or triangles.
Add the maple syrup, tamari, smoked paprika, and black pepper to the pan and stir until combined, about 1 minute.
Add the tempeh and cook, flipping/stirring periodically to make sure it's evenly coated with sauce, until the sauce is fully absorbed - about 10 minutes.
