  • 12 oz tempeh
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp tamari (or regular soy sauce if gluten is okay)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 13 g olive oil
  • 340 g tempeh
  • 120 g maple syrup
  • 34 g tamari (or regular soy sauce if gluten is okay)
  • 6 g smoked paprika
  • 2.3 g ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat while you cut the tempeh into squares or triangles.
  2. 2. Add the maple syrup, tamari, smoked paprika, and black pepper to the pan and stir until combined, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the tempeh and cook, flipping/stirring periodically to make sure it's evenly coated with sauce, until the sauce is fully absorbed - about 10 minutes.
